Meet Our Team

Hannah Marshall

Executive Director

Hannah has been the Program Director at SACC for just over two years. In this time, she has loved getting to know the Windham and Raymond communities and learning from the dedicated staff. Hannah started off as a summer camp counselor and swimming instructor at age 16, and has been working with children ever since. Hannah’s background includes working with children and families in mental and behavioral health settings. When she’s not working, Hannah loves to get outside hiking, canoeing, and cross country skiing.

Caylee Stamps

Administrative Director

Meet Caylee! Caylee has worked at the SACC program for 4 years. She has worked in child care for 7 years total. During her free time she likes to take photos, hangout with friends and buy her dog an unrealistic amount of new toys and clothes. Caylee enjoys playing and being silly, but also enjoys listening and being a good friend for each child.

Justine Down

SACC Program Director

Hi, I’m Justine! I’ve been part of the SACC program since 2015 and have worked in child care since 2008. I started as an Assistant Site Director at Manchester and worked my way up to Program Director, where I now work closely with our sites and families. I attended SMCC, where I earned my associate degree in Early Childhood Education. My favorite part of working with kids is I love watching kids learn, grow, and discover new things each day. My favorite activity to do at Space to Thrive is playing card games and gym games with the kids. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, going to country music concerts, spending time with friends, and relaxing by the lake in the summer. One thing about me is that I have two cats named Luna and Bella!

Lily Vandermeiren

Site Director | Manchester

Meet Lily! She’s from standish and works at Windham Manchester SACC Program. Some of her interests are reading, drawing, and music. She looks forward to seeing all of our new and old friends this year and creating new bonds!

Kayla Tibbetts

Site Director | Primary

I grew up in Westbrook, Maine, and I’m the oldest of three siblings. At 15, I started working at the Westbrook Community Center’s LEARNS Program, where I spent seven years in their before and after care and summer programs. In 2017, I joined SACC as the Primary Assistant Site Director and stepped into the Site Director role in 2021. My favorite part about working with kids is experiencing their joy—whether it’s accomplishing something they’ve worked hard for or just being silly and having fun. I love creating a space where they can be messy, creative, and fully be kids. I especially love summers with weekly themes and creating immersive, on-theme weeks full of fun activities. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, catching up with friends and family, reading, traveling, and going to country music concerts whenever I can.

Anna Dodge

Assistant Site Director | Primary

Hi, I’m Anna! I’ve been working with kids since I was a kid! I spent much of my childhood volunteering in nurseries and helping families as a mother’s helper. In 2014, I began working as a nanny and later attended college for Early Childhood Education (2017–2019), where I completed multiple internships in Infant/Toddler and Preschool classrooms. I love watching children process new information and seeing the excitement when they learn something new! I enjoy doing crafts with the kids and embracing a little controlled chaos—whether that’s through art projects or group games! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and trying both new and favorite foods. Fun fact—I graduated high school at 16!

Noah Bragdon

Educator | Primary SACC

I’m Noah! I graduated from Bonny Eagle High School in 2020 and worked at Standish Parks and Recreation for a year before joining Space to Thrive. Outside of work, I spend a lot of my time playing basketball and golf. My favorite part of working with kids is building strong relationships with them and getting to see their personalities shine. I really enjoy leading any gym or physical activity—whether it’s tag, dodgeball, or any other high-energy game! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, and playing or watching sports.

Kathy Seybolt

Educator | Primary SACC

Born and raised in Windham, I have two daughters and retired from a career in Human Resources in 2022. After retiring, I wanted to stay active and involved in the community—working at Space to Thrive has been the perfect way to do that! I love listening to the kids share about their school day when they arrive. Whether it was a good day or a tough one, I’m happy to be there to offer encouragement—and an extra hug if needed. My favorite activity to do at Space to Thrive is playing card games and coloring with the kids. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.

Zach Fecteau

Educator | Raymond

Hi, I’m Zach! I’ve been working in childcare for the past two and a half years, and I graduated high school in 2024. I really enjoy engaging kids in active play — some of my favorite activities to lead include flag tag, soccer, basketball, and kickball. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, playing video games, and spending time with my friends and family.

Emma Whitten

Educator | Primary SACC

Hello, I’m Emma! I graduated from Windham High School in 2025 and am currently enrolled at SMCC, studying Radiography. The best part of working with kids is being part of their growth and development—watching them gain confidence, build friendships, and learn new skills. It’s fulfilling to create a safe, positive environment where they can express themselves and thrive. My favorite activity to do at Space to Thrive is dance parties, being silly with the kids, and any chance to sing and dance together! Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.
